In order to qualify for a refund, you will need to post your daily progress before noon  (ET) all 10 days inside of Jumpstart 10 Facebook Group and show that you followed all of Angela’s suggestions.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

·    You read the manual and followed it exactly (as well as any specific instructions from Angela).

·    Your food and water journal, with specific details about everything you ate, including portion sizes and water intake.

·    A picture of you on the scale showing the beginning weight and ending weight, (including the dates).
