I understand that every video, worksheet, and information shared in the live calls is proprietary and copyrighted and I am not allowed to share it with others or speak of it outside of the FFH community.

I accept that there is no refund offered. 

I acknowledge that in participating in any courses or private coaching, I have voluntarily agreed to participate in discovering the belief systems that govern my life and through various methods used by Angela.

I understand that these sessions are not intended to be professional counseling and Angela and her team are not licensed counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, or medical doctors.

I understand that Angela and her team, to the best of their ability, are doing what they can to help me achieve more freedom in my life.

I further state that I have voluntarily sought assistance of my own initiative, and I am under no obligation to accept or reject any of the advice, opinions, or help that I might receive from them.

I understand that in undergoing the course I will be confronting my inner feelings and emotions which could cause emotional pain and distress.

I agree to hold Angela and her team free from any and all liability for loss, or damage of any kind, be it mental, emotional, or financial, that may arise as a result of the assistance that I have received.

I hereby authorize Angela and her team nonexclusive permission to:

 - Record my likeness and voice on video (including live streaming), audio, photographic, digital, electronic, online format or any and all other media in group coaching sessions.
 - Use my name in connection with these recordings.

These recordings may appear in a variety of formats and media (digital, internet, mobile).

I understand that all such recordings, in whatever medium, shall remain Angela's property.
