Cancellation, Shipping, and Return Policy


 

THE SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY IS ONLY ON THE KEYS TO LIFE'S PRODUCTS: Turbo Sculpt, Turbo Maintenance, Lifetime Maintenance, and B-12. This  doesn't include any of the products from other companies we are Affiliates for!

Shipping Schedule: All orders are shipped daily - Monday through Friday using USPS ground.

Shipping Time: Depending on where you live in the US, it usually takes 3-7 business days for you to receive your package. International shipping varies depending on the country.

**Know that it may take up to 24 hours to process an order. If you are in a hurry to receive your package, you will want to upgrade to Priority.

International Shipping Policy: Due to certain countries restrictions/customs, we at The Keys to Life are not responsible for non-delivery of ordered products. Please check with your own country's policies before placing an order, thank you!

Damaged Product: If you receive product(s) that are broken or damaged it is your responsibility to notify The Keys to Life within 1 business day of receipt so we can report it for a replacement.  If it is broken, you need to send us a picture.

Satisfaction & Guarantee: We are committed to bring you the best and freshest products available.

Unfortunately, we CANNOT take back open product and do NOT offer a Guarantee. If you follow the program you will lose weight. However, if your product is not opened and you would like to return or exchange it, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to let us know. Since we cannot resell product that has been returned, there would be a disposal and restocking fee of 35%. You would be responsible to ship the product to us, as well as contact our office via email with the tracking information. It may take up to 5 business days once the product is returned to our office to process the refund.

Coaching:  There are no refunds on any of our Coaching Programs, or on 1 on 1 Coaching Calls.
