TURBO MAINTENANCE
To keep the weight off, you MUST maintain your weight for 21 days after using Turbo Sculpt. This will re-set your new bodyweight and your metabolism. Without the influence of Turbo Sculpt in your system, however, you can become very hungry and may find it hard to stick to the Maintenance Phase. After the Maintenance Phase, you can SLOWLY add back starches and sugars over the next 3-4 weeks. However, many people are addicted to sugar, so introducing carbs or sugars causes them to fall back into the temptation of eating too many of them and re-gaining weight. Lifetime Maintenance is one of the keys to help you maintain your new low weight! Not only will you want this for at least the first month following Maintenance, but like a lot of our customers, you will want to stay on it for "LIFE."
